I have a strict cancellation and re-schedule policy. Please take this into consideration if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations and re-scheduled appointments must be made 12 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Cancelled or re-scheduled appointments made under the 12 hour time frame will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price of the session missed.

No-Show appointments (meaning you forgot about it) will be charged 100% of original service price. The full price will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your package. Note: A credit card will be required for you to re-schedule your next appointment.
